What changed 

This update included new features, improvements and minor bug fixes.

  • Added option to sign in with Google
  • Added a notification email so when someone sends a message, the receiver is notified. However, if someone sends multiple messages during the day, receiver is only notified once for the first message every hour. Also, added a timestamp on the messages.
  • Added abstract ID in Assigned Abstracts
  • When an abstract is withdrawn, the system would delete it 13 days after the withdrawal request has been submitted. So, the abstract shall remain for up to 13 days with option for user to cancel withdrawal request. In log, if user unwithdraw the abstract, it should be noted in the log. Added
  • In community, added  the flagged message's date and time on the email that admins receive.
  • In the Q&A section of a session, when the presenter responds to a question, the person who asked the question should receive an email notification (stating that the presenter has replied to their question). Updated
  • Added an integration with OnePay Payment gateway
  • Added an option to enable users to ask questions live with voice enabled (opens in a new window with video disabled by default) along with an option to add instructions. For moderators, there would be option to mute everyone or block someone. For speakers, there would be option to enable videos. For attendees, they can only listen by default with option to raise hand and get permission to speak from the moderator.
  • Added the "Ask Questions Live" button below the Question form. display the instructions right below it. The button would remain inactive until the session goes live.
  • Added a button to enable/disable "Ask Questions Live" feature under Virtual Settings of each session.
  • Dryfta time zone is not sent to Zoom and is instead using a fixed time zone. Fixed
  • In community, added option to select a "discussion view" and assign multiple moderators within each room so they can edit/delete replies/comments from their room from the frontend. Whoever's the moderator, would have a tag "Moderator" displayed besides his name.
  • Added option under each room settings to "Prevent members from creating topics" (admins and assigned moderator would be able to create topics and not anyone else).
  • When we open a calendar item on Day 2, Day 3, or Day 4 and then press backspace to get back to the calendar, the menu tab stays on Day 2, 3, or 4 but the contents default back to Day 1. So the tab name doesn't match the contents and clicking the tab doesn't refresh the contents. Fixed
  • Added a function for moderators to approve a question in the session before it is displayed publicly. After question is posted, display a message to user about the question being under review. An email would be sent to moderator with the question and link to the session to publish it. Publish/Unpublish icons besides each question. If no moderator is present in the session, questions would be published automatically.
  • Removed the Browse button in editor's image icon from the frontend. That allowed users to delete images from across the system. Updated
  • Added option in bulk edit to enable "receiving private messaging from all attendees" for attendees. Updated
  • Added option in bulk edit to add contacts related tag for contacts. Just like User types. Added
  • In add co-author section, added a functionality to search (by name or email address) & auto-fill co-author's information. This can be disabled from under abstract settings.
  • Added the option to create Tags in Community using Tags Manager. Then, add option in each room to display the option to choose multiple tags when creating a new topic in that room. Tag selection would only display moderators. The tags would then display in the list view and detail view of that topic. Each tag would have a unique color with curved borders.
  • In ticket form, when selecting auto-populate or the Copy button, dependent fields' data should also load. Fixed
