When someone sends you a message, you will receive an email notification. If someone sends you multiple messages during the day, you will only be notified once for the first message every hour.
You will receive audio notifications if Messages is open in a separate tab or window on your browser. If you have downloaded the Dryfta app, you will also receive audio notifications on the app on your phone.
