Visitors are the registered delegates and those are just browsing the website. If you choose to display your profile, visitors will be able to access your public profile. You can choose not to display your profile to visitors on your Dashboard. If you do this, other delegates will NOT be able to send you a connection (vCard) request or view your bio.
