How to resolve the encoding issue when imporing contents with special characters?

Here are the steps to make sure the characters are encoded correctly when importing from CSV:

1. Open a new spreadsheet
2. From Data tab select from text option
3. Select your downloaded CSV file
4. In File Origin - select Unicode(UTF-8) and click on Next
5. Select Comma as Delimiters and click on Finish
6. Select New worksheet option in Import data popup and click on OK.
7. Save this file and import it to Dryfta.
