There're two fields in a Conditional logic. Dependent field and the Conditional field.
Here're the 3-steps to create a field with conditional logic:
1. Create a Dependent field. Eg. a Yes/No or a Select Dropdown or a Multiple Choice field. See screenshot.
2. Create a Conditional field eg. an input box field or a dropdown field. Any field can be attached to the dependent field.
3. Now simply edit the Conditional field you created above (in Step 2) and connect it with the Dependent field with the option of your choice. See screenshot.
4. Your conditional field is now live and working. See screenshot.
