• Meeting Scheduler - Option for user to set his/her availability for meetings by editing the time slots under My Availability tab displayed under vCards & Meetings tab. Prospects can book time slots from the user's public profile by clicking on Set up a meeting button. See screenshots. Setup a Meeting requests placed for exhibitors/sponsors reps {all users including attendees} would be accepted automatically once user selects a time slot and submits the request. Same user can not request for more than 3 times in 24 hrs. One user can schedule only one meeting at a time. To schedule next meeting one has to wait until the schedules meeting is over. Display availability time according to prospect's computer's time zone. Set Up a meeting button would open the slots in a popup and also as in a new tab so one can also embed link to setup a meeting page in email signature. Once the request is submitted, system would automatically create a meeting in Zoom and send the Zoom meeting details in automated email along with meeting info and Add to Calendar button, to both users. Once booked or date is passed, that time slot would not be displayed to new prospects wishing to book meetings with the attendee. Booked meetings shall display under Meeting Requests tab under vcards & Meetings menu with an Add to Calendar button to add the accepted meeting/s to gCal and iCal. Added
• Added option for users to enter their Personal Meeting URL if they wish to use Zoom or any other video-conferencing platform instead of the default meeting platform. This would then replace the default link in both email and calendar with the link user has entered as his personal meeting URL.
• Multiple file upload fields do not get selected correctly in program sessions in backend and frontend. Also updated the Bulk Selection tool in Program settings. Fixed
• In My Availability, one can create slots for a maximum of 30 days at a time. Added option to add guests when selecting a time slot. Updated
