• Redirect user to session detail on Check-in from list view and open the pre-recorded video, or the zoom webinar, if enabled. Updated
• In Session, when adding link to a video, added an option to choose the provider type and let the user enter the video ID only. So, the rest of the URL would be appended automatically based on the provider selected. Updated
• Admin is currently only able to remove sessions from contact's schedule and not the intervals. Please update so admin can update both. Updated
• In program schedule frontend, display time according to user computer's time zone. Also, added a Toggle button to toggle between server and local time zone. On toggling, it would display the server timezone. Updated
• Admins are now able to create polls on behalf of Speakers in each session & access the polls under each session by clicking on the Polls icon and it would display Questions, Selected answers, along with buttons to View Participants who selected them and View Results to view a bar chart and an Export button to export participants. Updated
• Added a Zoom integration to create Webinar/Meetings via Zoom
• Added option to enter a start date in program sessions. This would allow admins to keep virtual sessions available for sale on multiple days and not have to reset the date everyday.
• Added the "Submission Type" column in My abstracts view
• Added a full screen button in virtual sessions for watching videos, livestreams and group chat in full screen mode.
• Added a Flag icon so users can flag a comment in both discussion boards and in group chats. Flagging a comment would open a popup where user has to explain their stand. Once they click on submit, it would be emailed to the main admin.
• Added a delete button besides each comment posted by the user. In session chat and main discussion rooms.
