What changed 

This update included new features, improvements and minor bug fixes.

Added

1. Added an option to hide "add to schedule" button as soon as it reaches the limit on max number of people that can add the session to their schedule. Also hid it if "add to schedule" button is disabled from the backend. If "add to schedule" button is disabled but max capacity is not reached yet, the button shall still remain hidden.
2. Added a filter and a column "Headshot uploaded" in the Manage Contacts' column selector with options: Uploaded Not Uploaded.
3. Added a checkbox under the Billing section "Send a copy of the invoice to your office". If user checks this box, open two fields: name and email address. Once order is placed, send a message with a copy of the invoice PDF to this email address. Use the same email notification that is currently used to send the invoice to the user who placed the order.
4. implemented a filter in Manage Submissions to search for Submissions with Rebuttals and also include rebuttals in the export submissions tool.
5. Added an "Auto Schedule" button in Program Schedule Builder under the Unscheduled Sessions list.
6. Added Edit Invoice and Edit Receipt buttons in order detail view. Added an Action dropdown in order detail view and display all action buttons inside it including Print invoice, Print receipt, Send invoice, Send receipt. Added a message in the editing window that these changes won't be saved and will only be used to generate the PDF or to send to the user in real-time.
7. In payment setup, added an option to hide the "Cancel order" and "Cancel ticket" button in user dashboard's order detail view.
8. Added tags as a shortcode in the automated email notifications for submissions, orders, and sessions.
9. Added a setting under payment setup to automate refund processing when an order is canceled by a user from their dashboard.
10. Added a setting under Ticket type's advanced settings to send automated notification to waitlisted users when more tickets become available.
11. In program builder bulk edit, added an option to move selected sessions by x hours x minutes into the past or future. This functionality will be useful if one of the sessions have been canceled and admin wants to move back all successive sessions by 45 minutes. Or move all preceding sessions to the future by 45 minutes. If a session time is moved beyond 12AM, then it needs to be moved to the next date.
12. In program builder, added option to export chats. Save and display transcripts (from JaaS) in the session's backend and frontend.
13. Added an option to export submissions in JSON format.
14. In virtual sessions, added a button to display an AI summary and keywords cloud (keywords of most important words being spoken) that it'll generate based on the transcription generated once the meeting ends. If transcription is disabled, then AI summary button will also be disabled.

Updated

1. Right now, the coauthor shortcode includes the list of all coauthors in a single acceptance letter. Added a new shortcode {name} which can be used to address each coauthor separately in the generated PDF. Also, the coauthors, presenting authors shortcodes should list coauthors in a single line separated by comma.
2. Admin can now swap a ticket type whose price is higher or lower than the ticket type purchased by the user. If they select such a ticket type, then display a warning to the admin that the price of the new ticket type is x USD lower or higher than the original and they should ask the user to pay for it.
3. Include Update reviewer topic/type /track in bulk edit under a separate section "Reviewer fields".
4. In Tickets listing in user dashboard, now displaying the name of ticket type and add-on that has been purchased in that order. Right now, user needs to go to each ticket's detail view to view the tickets/add-ons.
