What changed 

This update included new features, improvements and minor bug fixes.


Added

  1. In Import contacts' Update tool, added a column in CSV to add sessions a user has added to personal schedule. This tool can be used to add additional sessions without having to go to each user's profile and add the sessions one by one.
  2. Added a column "discount name" under "order fields" and "Ticket fields" to the report to indicate discount name associated with the order or ticket.
  3. Added an add-on name column in the custom reports under Ticket fields and Order fields. Add add-on amount in Order fields.
  4. For dashboard menus, add option to change the URLs with custom URLs.
  5. In submission settings, add an option to display dropdown of custom roles beside the "Run" button so one can run assignments and assign submissions to all reviewers or reviewers with custom roles only.
  6. In submission settings below manual run button, added a button to Unassign All unreviewed submissions in bulk. The unreviewed submissions should NOT include partially reviewed submissions.
  7. In ticket setup, under each ticket type, added an option "Requires manual approval" to allow admins to manually approve a user to be able to pay for this ticket type. See details below.
  8. Added a Download Email Log button for custom email notifications.
  9. Added option to translate ticket groups
  10. Added a checkbox "Make my donation anonymous" right below the Other amount section in a small font size. In order detail in backend and frontend, display this information if user chose to make donation anonymous.
  11. In program builder settings, added option to allow/disallow speakers from uploading slides under their respective session in list view and detail view. Right now, this is enabled by default with no option to disable it.
  12. When sending acceptance letters, added option to send letters to submissions of a specific track, type or a custom field (dropdown or radio button only).

Updated

  1. In multiple input box and multiple text box fields, updated option to increase number of boxes from 5 to up to 10.
  2. If a field has already been used for collecting some information, do not allow admin to delete the field. They can only unpublish it. Applied it on all forms.
  3. In profile overview, the Upcoming Sessions module should be hidden if program schedule menu is disabled. Also, it should only display those sessions to the logged-in user which are permitted for this user.
