What changed 

This update included new features, improvements and minor bug fixes.


Added

  1. Display real-time Capacity counter in session detail view beside the time/date info.
  2. Add a button to edit the field property in the contact profile popup for all field. Link should disply only to admins who have access to field editor.
  3. Add an email notification sent to all checked-in attendees of a session with a link to complete a survey without login. The notification should be sent only if session has a survey and only once the session is concluded.
  4. Add option to set a start date for a survey.
  5. Replicated all sponsor features for exhibitors, and include these widgets as shown in attached screenshot under exhibitor dashboard in frontend.
  6. In contacts settings, add a setting for Domain blocking so if a domain is blocked, people with that domain wont be able to create an account.
  7. Add option to display payment methods based on the ticket type. So, Ticket type A can only be purchased using wire transfer, Ticket type B can only be purchased using online payment, Ticket type C can be purchased using any of the payment methods.
  8. Add a Welcome text above the "Calendar section" along with a Bell icon. The bell icon will direct user to the Notifications view. 
  9. Added a Quick Links section below the "Add to Calendar" section. See attached screenshot. This section will display clickable icons to all the menus for which quick links have been enabled. In backend, there needs to be an option beside each menu to display a quick link.
  10. In frontend, order detail view, added an option to generate both invoice and receipt (if order is confirmed). As of now, it only generates a receipt if order is confirmed or an invoice if order is pending.
  11. Added a column to display tax amount beside each purchased ticket in order detail view.
  12. In the backend order detail view, added a PO Number field under Billing section. Include it in exported CSV. No need to display this field in frontend checkout page.
  13. Included invoice number in search in order detail view and added an option to sort by invoice number
  14. In matchmaking backend, added option to select multiple values when mapping the rules. Right now, admin can select only one value from the dropdown.
  15. In matchmaking, added a link to display an overview of meetings scheduled with name of attendees.
  16. Added an option to set up webinar to allow users to join jitsi livestream while allowing speakers to join jitsi meeting with option for mods to allow participants to switch to camera/mic. We already have this option via livestream option + live Q&A. We just need to make it more user-friendly to set up.
  17. In auto assignment, added an option to Count individual submissions within a panel towards the total submissions that can be assigned per reviewer. 
  18. In ticket groups, added a max ticket allowed per person setting to limit purchase to x number of ticket types in a given group.
  19. Included Basic setup in admin access control settings.
  20. Added a Go live button in Registration, abstract and program schedule backend. Rename Enable Event App button with "Go Live" button as well. The Go Live button will will be a combination of the text "Go Live" + Red/Green switch. If they enable it, the menu associated with this page will be enabled. If they disable, the menu will be disabled.

Updated

  1. Hide field separator, and heading fields from the "Select abstract fields to display to the reviewers" under submission settings
  2. Moved the discount code from the registration page to the check out page
  3. Included free add-ons in the buy add-ons page.
  4. In access editor, updated the bulk edit tool to display even if "Submissions Assignment" is enabled only. Right now, it is only displayed if "Edit submissions" permission is enabled.
  5. Removed auto-assignment function from the import tool, when adding submission to a panel in backend, when editing submission from the backend, when updating profile from backend, or frontend, bulk edit. Keep the only way to assign is through auto-assignment from frontend when abstract is submitted, and using Run button.
