What changed 

This update included new features, improvements and minor bug fixes.


Added

  1. Display real-time Capacity counter in session detail view beside the time/date info.
  2. In time slots view, in the left sidebar, add an option add intervals and drag and drop the interval block.
  3. In forum and session chats & Q&A, align the "date" and "question by" tags to the left.
  4. Display poster location in sub-sessions. See attached screenshot for reference.
  5. In forum, improve the look and feel of comments box
  6. Added a menu "Gamification" to display two tabs: My Points and Leaderboard. My points is used to display total points and individual points collected by users on different activities. Leaderboard tab is used to display top point earners. See how it looks like in web.
  7. Added a button in my events to search for users across all events. 
  8. Added a changelog in contacts to log role assignments.
  9. Added a "customize" button in backend overview page to let admins select widgets they want to hide/display. Only those widgets will display in "Customize" dropdown whose modules are enabled in power-ups. Also, load widget data as user scrolls down and display a loading icon while data is being pulled.
  10. Added a gamification widget to list activities (add a black and white trophy image on the right) which offer points and also enable it to display on event app
  11. In my events displayed total count of attendees submissions sessions and payments right below each event 
  12. In Dryfta backend login page, displayed a link to the Privacy page and T&C page.
  13. Added an option for Decline and Acceptance from within email campaign. Decline: Add this option to let organizers provide their guest with the option to decline the invitation directly from the email. The guest will be shown the decline confirmation page directly. Acceptance: Add this option to let organizers provide their guest with the option to accept the invitation directly from the email. The guest will be shown the acceptance confirmation page directly.
  14. Added noindex, nofollow meta tag on all pages except homepage of all Dryfta event websites
  15. Added an option to enable an Add to Calendar and Add to Wallet (Apple) button in the email campaign and automated email notification (for welcome email and ticket notification) to add the event to personal calendar.
  16. Added separate calendar buttons for Add to gCal, Add to iCal and Add to Outlook. If an attendee has no ticket, then no pass shall be sent.
  17. Added an option to set a global limit for each ticket group. Once group's max allowed tickets limit is reached, no further tickets can be sold for any ticket type in that group.
  18. Added option to set the maximum number of add-ons a user can purchase. Would work in dedicated add-ons form only. Add a max limit for each add-on. Should work in both attendee registration form and dedicated add-ons form.
  19. Added import button in Expenses view to import expenses from CSV
  20. Added an option "Display thumbnail for posters in grid view". If enabled, system would generate a thumbnail of the first image, pdf or mp4 found in the related poster. The system would, however, only generate thumbnail if a user visits the poster detail view. Those posters with no thumbnail or if thumbnail isn't generated yet, will display a default icon (only if thumbnail option is enabled).
  21. In task manager, under projects list, added an Edit button to rename projects. Right beside the delete icon. Clicking on Edit button will open a popup with a inputbox field to edit the project name. Also add a menu "My Tasks" under the user profile dropdown in the backend top navigation.
  22. Added a Take Notes button in each session, and scheduled meetings.
  23. In abstract archive, displayed abstract summary field in webview so to display images etc that have been added in the summary. Right now, it displays summary field in plain text.
  24. In app,  under Settings menu, added option to disable one’s profile, hide abstracts, Check-in to the Event.

Updated

  1. For panel intro fields, displayed a tag "Panel intro field" and add a sort button in panel submission types only to display only panel intro fields. Also, if panel is enabled for at least submission type, then display a message below abstract title and abstract summary fields that these fields shall also be used for panel intro. Also add the message that one can unpublish the default summary field and create separate custom fields for abstract submission form and panel intro submission form.
