What changed 

This update included new features, improvements and minor bug fixes.


Added

  1. Added a Download Email Log button for custom email notifications.
  2. In abstract management tool, added an option to add a tag, or update the abstract status to accepted, rejected, add to backup depending on the average rating threshold range set for each status.
  3. Added an option under Bulk Edit to create meeting slots and configure start/end date and time which will be used to create slots in selected users' meeting slots.
  4. Added option to create slots for all attendees and speakers. In app's my schedule, display those sessions which user has checked in to but did not add to their personal schedule. Right now, this only works in the website. Added option to allow speakers to upload slides from under "Sessions I'm speaking at" tab.
  5. Added an Upload slides button in the list view under each session beside the View session button, and under the Session detail view beside the buttons for Take Survey etc. Uploading in session will be saved in session editor.
  6. In default invoice layout, added a shortcode to display the "Make payment" link so user can pay just by clicking on this link. If someone goes to this link, they should be able to pay without the need to log in to their account.
  7. Create a dedicated restore page that allows users to restore deleted items, such as users, orders, and submissions.
  8. Added a field in the Billing section to enter  VAT number. It'll be optional.
  9. The speakers can now go to their session page and click on "View participants who saved this presentation" to see a list of all participants who intend to attend/watch this presentation.
  10. A page "My presentations schedule" will list all the presentations an attendee has added to their schedule. This list will display the presentation name, date, time and venue. Clicking on the presentation title will take the user to the session detail view in the program schedule. If the attendee is speaking in one of these presentations, it will display a "Speaker" tag beside this presentation's title.
  11. A button "Add to my schedule" added beside each presentation title in a session's detail view.
  12. In print schedule settings, added option to display abstract ID beside the sub-session title.
  13. Added a button in the "My schedule" page to export notes for all the sessions. - Session ID, Session title, Session Note

Updated

  1. In abstract book or the individual abstract's PDF generated from the frontend or backend, the order of the fields is currently based on its creation date or probably ID. It should be based on the order of the fields and all conditional fields should be displayed under their parent fields. Created a separate page for selling add-ons so people can purchase add-ons separately.
  2. In presentations filter in program schedule, included searching by abstract ID also and also display the abstract ID beside the presentation title.
