What changed 

This update included new features, improvements and minor bug fixes.

  • In event snapshot's Submission insights section, added the following: Total Draft Submissions, Total Accepted submissions, Total Rejected Submissions, Total Backup Submissions. Also link them to the Manage submissions view with respective filters applied. Added
  • Display phone and email in attendee's profile if user is logged-in and vcard request has been accepted. Updated
  • Redesign the layouts for abstracts list view, assigned abstracts list view, bid on abstracts, my surveys, my tickets and matchmaking. Improved
  • In bidding view, made it so by default it will display all abstracts to all reviewers and only when a topic is selected in a reviewer's profile, only then it will display abstracts from that topic.Fixed
  • Sending push notification to logged-in user when using the Notify button besides each session. It currently sends email notification only. Updated

  • In contact detail view, under Roles section, added a button beside the Admin Role Heading "Remove as admin" to remove admin role from this user.Added

  • Added option in submission settings to display reviews to all or accepted abstracts under abstract detail view in frontend. Added
  • Added Record system date when the invoice was generated and add system date shortcode for invoice generation. Added
  • Added a system date shortcode for visa letter to record the date on which visa letter was generated. Added
  • In certificate builder, added a shortcode to include "number of checked-in sessions" of a participant. Added
  • Included program builder in tags manager so admin can edit a session and select one or more tags for this session. Include Tags in program advanced search so one can search sessions by tags. Added
  • Added a sidebar block in Gaia theme where we can display the custom widgets. When creating a custom widget, it will offer an option to either display the widget in the main pane or in the sidebar. In mobile layout, display the widgets vertically. Added
  • In Order overview backend, displayed Total Add-ons Sold, and Add-ons with most sales. Added
  • In exported CSV for general forms and survey forms, displayed absolute URLs to attachments. Fixed
  • Added a "Notify Speakers/Moderators" button under Tools dropdown. This button will be used to send a customized email with shortcodes to all the speakers and moderators (only those who are listed in the sessions) notifying them about their sessions/sub-sessions. If there're multiple sessions of a speaker/moderator, then send separate email for each. On clicking on the Tools button, open a list of sessions on that day and then admin can select sessions and then move to next popup to customize the messaging and click on Send button. Added
