What changed 

This update included new features, improvements and minor bug fixes.

  • In manage submissions default export csv, included columns for Average rating and for Panel intro (if it is an intro, then display yes). Added
  • In email campaigns, added option to include custom fields from account creation, speaker, moderator, and attendee registration. Added
  • Added option to enter a custom reply-to email address when sending a campaign. If no email address provided, it will use the default email address of the admin who is logged-in. Added
  • Displayed a tab in the Public profile page to display sessions where the contact is moderating at. Also added option to hide/display this tab under Contact settings. Added
  • Added option in Program Schedule and My Schedule to let the attendees customize whether their printed schedule should have descriptions, presenter names, tracks, etc. and then print the schedule. This removed the need for admins to update the print copy everytime a new session is added. Added
  • In import tools, added a preview function so users see a preview of how the data looks like before proceeding to import the file. Added
  • In contacts' export CSV, included columns to display ticket name and order ID. Added
  • Added an Export button in the Comments module. Added
  • Added option to allow moderators to create sessions from frontend and allow authors to submit abstracts for those sessions. Added
  • Added a setting to hide columns for Type, Topic, Status, Assigned On in Assigned Abstracts and My Abstracts. Added
  • The custom notification email does not trigger if a file upload field is selected.Fixed
  • In acceptance letter builder, when uploading an image, it does not display any information about whether the image is selected or not.Fixed
  • In manage submissions, when clicking on an abstract, open it in a new tab to keep the filters as is. Currently, since we open it in the same tab, when user comes back, the applied filters are gone.Updated
  • In contacts, merge usertype and user role into one filter to prevent confusion.Updated
