This update included new features, improvements and minor bug fixes.

Add option to filter by custom fields in manual abstract assignment (will do automated assignment later). In the bulk assignment popup, admin should be able to filter reviewers by multiple fields at the same time. Right now, it lets admins filter by either one of the fields. Added
Add option to send SMS from Contact's detail tab by displaying a textbox and Send button below the Documents and Todos sections. Added
