What changed 

This update included new features, improvements and minor bug fixes.


  • Added a "View Abstract" button beside each submission, and when the user clicks on it, it opens the abstract detail view in a new window (only if abstract archive menu is enabled). Added
  • In Review dashboard, added a status under Review Submission Status column "Draft" to convey those reviews which have been saved but not submitted. Added
  • Added a filter under Manage Abstracts to filter abstracts by "under withdrawal" Added
  • In session editor, if Zoom is not connected, added a field to enter direct Zoom link for the session (if Zoom is connected, display the Zoom meeting dropdown then). When the session start time arrives, it would display the "Join on Zoom" button for users to join the Zoom meeting. Added
  • Removed the Event information tab from Settings and Move "Name of your event" field to Top Banner widget. Move Event Start Date and End Date fields from "Settings" tab to "Event Dates widget". Move "From Email Address", "Reply To Email Address" along with "verify Domain button" to the General Settings tab. Updated
  • Update meeting tool with daylight savings time. Right now, all daylight savings meeting slots are off by 1 hour. Updated
  • Automated abstract assignment does not work for subtopics. It only works for main topic. Also, in Bulk assignment and manual assignment, it does not search for reviewers related to a subtopic. Fixed
